Cable assembly, from simple cables to multi-pin connectors, rounds off the comprehensive range of services offered by Müller Industrie-Elektronik. Each product undergoes a final electrical test and visual inspection, both by machine and by hand.

In addition to manufacturing standard products, our production department offers comprehensive full service to realise customer-specific product solutions. This includes extensive electronic manufacturing services for electronic assemblies, series production, CNC manufacturing of mechanical components and contract manufacturing.

casting technology

Electrical components and circuit boards can be exposed to high levels of stress. Encapsulating components and sensitive electronics using casting technology protects electrical circuits from dust, moisture, vibration, chemical and mechanical stress, and improves electrical insulation.

Labelling | Laser engraving

Individual labelling is available from batch size 1. Devices, type plates and cables can be marked with connection instructions, logos, pictograms, etc. and labelled using printing or laser engraving according to specifications.

Measuring equipment calibration

The service with factory calibration certificate is available as calibration with pick-up service or as an on-site service if test equipment cannot be dispensed with. A specially equipped calibration vehicle is available for on-site use, which can be individually equipped with the appropriate equipment depending on the range of devices to be tested.

With Buderus Services GmbH, an ISO-certified partner company within the mmc AG group, assembly, complete installation and commissioning are offered as on-site services. Maintenance services and emergency support are provided by qualified technicians.
