3D design

The 3D design service not only provides planning reliability when designing new device models or prototypes, but also saves valuable project time. The provision of application-specific files in STEP 3D model format ensures rapid integration into your design planning.

3D prototype construction

Using modern RPT rapid prototyping with 3D printing, we produce detailed prototypes or entire test series for you from robust ABSplus plastic. With the help of rapid prototyping, the design, fit and function in your application can be checked cost-effectively..

Flexible CNC manufacturing

Our in-house CNC production facility, equipped with state-of-the-art control technology for CNC turned parts, offers you high flexibility in contract manufacturing as a fast and cost-effective response to delivery bottlenecks in small or large series production for the following manufacturing areas: turning, milling, drilling, welding, soldering, blank cutting and assembly of components.

re-stamping

Müller Industrie-Elektronik has been granted re-stamping authorisation by TÜV NORD Systems and offers customers who manufacture equipment requiring monitoring in accordance with Section 2 (2a) of the German Equipment Safety Act (Geräte-Sicherheitsgesetz) the option of having materials and products ‘re-stamped’ as proof of compliance.
