Processing of personal data at Müller IE

We process your data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. These are inventory data, such as contact details, email addresses and telephone numbers, address details, names of contact persons, bank details, etc. We retain your data until our contractual relationship ends or statutory retention periods must be observed. We do not actively forward your data. Our commissioned processors, such as our IT service and website host have, as part of their activities, e.g. in the form of maintenance, temporary access to your data.

We use your data for marketing purposes. You will receive invitations to trade fairs, workshops and the like from us. If you do not wish this, you can revoke your consent at any time.

Personal data by e-mail

We send and receive e-mails. Received e-mails, which may also contain personal data, are stored with us. The type and duration of e-mail storage depends on business relevance and possible statutory retention periods. We store personal data from e-mails in our CRM system as needed for the purpose of establishing contact. We save the data because we have a legitimate interest (DSGVO Art. 6 sentence 1 lit. F) to get in contact with these persons. Deletion takes place by notification of the person concerned. These data are stored and not shared.

Other content and attachments will only be saved if they serve to fulfill the contract. (DSGVO Art 6, sentence 1, letter b). These data will be deleted not later than 2 years after termination of the contract. Exceptions are personal data that are subject to legal retention periods, such as offers, invoices etc.

Please make sure that you do not send any personal or other critical data to us unencrypted. Please contact us so we can find another way to secure data transfer.
