MKVS - Compact vibration sensor for vibration monitoring with IO-Link.

The focus on continuous expansion and new development of IO-Link integrated measurement technology solutions has led Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH to expand its product portfolio with the newly developed MKVS vibration sensor.

The MKVS is used in all areas where there is permanent movement. Primarily also for monitoring industrial fans and motors. Here it is mostly used for synchronisation monitoring of rotor axes and possible vibrations outside the standard. Due to its extremely robust stainless steel construction, the MKVS is particularly favoured for use in harsh environments.

Monitor vibrations - avoid downtimes

In order to operate machines and systems economically, downtimes must be kept to a minimum. Permanent monitoring and condition recording is therefore important to increase availability. This is where the compact MKVS vibration sensor helps to quickly record process data for critical variables such as temperature and vibration in just one device.

The process data is read out via IO-Link communication and can then be modified directly. As a stand-alone operation or as a component of the complete solution in the new intelligent M-MEASURECLOUD from Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH.
