Digital indicators with universal measuring input – Type TFT1-11, Dimensions: 96 x 48 mm

Our 96x48 mm universal measuring devices from the TFT1 series record sensor signals and display them on fully graphic TFT displays. The TFT1-11 digital display can be used to operate a wide variety of sensors and display the corresponding physical values. If temperatures are to be measured via Pt1000, Pt100 or thermocouple, the temperature is displayed in the selectable °C or °F representation. For measuring inputs such as current/voltage, frequency or counter, the scaling and display can be freely selected in the display range from -1999...9999. The unit has 2 switching points that support various operating modes.

Digital indicator for standard signals: measure DC voltage/DC current – Type TFT1-13, Dimensions: 96 x 48mm

The panel-mounted instrument of the TFT1-13 series has a 4-digit digital display on which the 3-fold measurement of voltage or current signals (not galvanically isolated) is possible. In addition, it has two switching points that are suitable for different operating modes and can be monitored both via a limit value with hysteresis and via a window contact with alarm range. The unit can be configured with the 4 front buttons (protection class IP65) or optionally with PC software. The multitude of available functions, such as the min/max value query, complete the modern device concept.

Force Measurement

For reliable load detection, force and inclination measurement, load torque limitation, overload protection and precise weighing electronics, we have been specialists for 25 years.

The force measurement includes: force sensors, traction and pressure load cells - also as a wireless solution with radio transmission - in application-related designs such as bending bar, S-profile or ring force plate as well as universal or customized shear force sensors, load cells, force and load measuring pins for small and large measuring ranges up to 2000 tons rated load. For system equipment and modernization, retrofit solutions for mobile machines, protection of mobile applications and for TÜV certified components in accordance with SIL3 and Performance Level e - EN ISO 13848 - IEC / EN 62061 -, Müller Industrie-Elektronik is the right partner.

DR Series: DIN Rail Devices for Electrical Cabinet Mounting

With the product line of DIN rail devices, Müller Industrie-Elektronik offers a wide range of compact electronic modules in the form of space saving DIN rail modules for electrical cabinet mounting in order to cover all solutions for transmission, conversion, controlling and communication of signals and data, not only for lots of industrial application, but also for explosive risk zones. Intrinsically safe signal converter for C&I signals at the Ex zone, universal transmitter and amplifier for analouge and digital signals and a safety-related strain gauge measuring amplifier according to SIL3 and Performance Level e round the program of the DR series.

Calibration Technology

Müller Industrie-Elektronik offers a wide product portfolio of calibration instruments for the calibration of your measuring instrument in all accuracy classes. In our product portfolio of calibration instruments for electrical measurands such as current voltage, thermocouple, temperature, RTD, current loop, you can find, among others, process calibrators and hand-held multimeters.

MH-Serie: Modulare Heavy Duty Sensoren

Die extremen Anforderungen der Arbeitsverfahren in der Schwerindustrie haben die Produktfamilie der robusten Heavy Duty Feldinstrumente geformt. Die Messgeräte der MH-Serie sind für den Einsatz in besonders rauen industriellen Umgebungen konzipiert, wie z. B. in Chemie- und Zementwerken, in Stahl- und Glashütten sowie in der Öl- und Gasindustrie. Die Heavy Duty-Serie bietet Sensoren und Messumformer für die Feuchtemessung, Druck-, Differenzdruck-, Temperatur- und Füllstandsmesstechnik.

MI-Serie: Modulare Inline Sensoren

Die Produktserie "Modulare Inline Sensoren" zeichnet sich durch ein innovatives Gehäusekonzept mit minimierter Baugröße aus und ermöglicht Messtechniklösungen auf kleinstem Raum. Die MI-Serie bedient nahezu alle physikalischen Messgrößen wie Druck, Differenzdruck, Durchfluss, Feuchte, Füllstand, Temperatur und Neigung. Aufgrund der äußert platzsparenden Bauform eignet sich die MI-Serie besonders für Applikationen unter begrenzten Platzverhältnissen wie z. B. Modernisierungen oder Funktionserweiterungen von Industrieanlagen, für den Einsatz im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau und für Anwendungen in der Fahrzeugsteuerungstechnik oder im Sonderfahrzeugbau.

Das Rundum-sicher-Paket: Funktionale Sicherheit gemäß SIL3

Basierend auf dem langjährigen Know‐how der Lastmesstechnik bietet Müller Industrie‐Elektronik mit dem Safety‐Mess‐Modul SMM ein redundantes, SIL3-zertifiziertes Messsystem für sichere Lastmessungen im Zug‐ und Druckbereich an. In Kombination mit einer sicheren Steuer‐ und Diagnoseeinheit ist das SMM für den Einsatz in allen Applikationen mit sicherheitskritischen Lastmessungen, insbesondere in der Theater‐ und Bühnentechnik geeignet. Es erfüllt die Sicherheitsanforderungen an technische Systeme der Sicherheitskategorie 3 (SIL3) gemäß DIN EN 61508/62061 sowie des Performance‐Levels e der Kategorie 3 gemäß DIN EN ISO 13849‐1.
