Litronic-WMS | Reliable Water Content Measuring System

The self-sufficient measuring device for precise water content/moisture determination, pressure and temperature measurement in the running process. The modular system allows the respective adaptation to different requirements. The Litronic WMS can be used to meet the majority of measurement requirements for determining the water content in liquids. The associated PC software "WIO" enables fast and exact calibration of the measuring sections.

Litronic WMS II Rod Sensor P45-GD for measuring water content, pressure and temperature

The newly developed Liebherr measuring system Litronic WMS II for water content/moisture determination of various liquids and materials. Developed for use in refineries, on oil platforms and in pipelines, various applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry and in maritime industries, among others. Thus, the P45-GD rod sensor installed in marine fuel tanks can guarantee the highest quality and safety even in EX-protected environments when determining the water content during ongoing tank processes of marine fuels.

 

The modular rod sensor for installation in tanks and pipelines is available in various rod lengths and can be used up to 100 bar. Pressure sensor, sliding and interchangeable fittings are optional. In addition to pressure monitoring, temperature measurement in the process is also possible.

 

In addition to their high precision and robustness, Liebherr measuring devices are characterised by their reproducibility. Once the system has been calibrated, further measuring points can be set up or devices renewed on this basis at any time without great effort. The system thus always remains reliable, regardless of its previous running time and age.

MH-Serie: Modulare Heavy Duty Sensoren

Die extremen Anforderungen der Arbeitsverfahren in der Schwerindustrie haben die Produktfamilie der robusten Heavy Duty Feldinstrumente geformt. Die Messgeräte der MH-Serie sind für den Einsatz in besonders rauen industriellen Umgebungen konzipiert, wie z. B. in Chemie- und Zementwerken, in Stahl- und Glashütten sowie in der Öl- und Gasindustrie. Die Heavy Duty-Serie bietet Sensoren und Messumformer für die Feuchtemessung, Druck-, Differenzdruck-, Temperatur- und Füllstandsmesstechnik.

Das Rundum-sicher-Paket: Funktionale Sicherheit gemäß SIL3

Basierend auf dem langjährigen Know‐how der Lastmesstechnik bietet Müller Industrie‐Elektronik mit dem Safety‐Mess‐Modul SMM ein redundantes, SIL3-zertifiziertes Messsystem für sichere Lastmessungen im Zug‐ und Druckbereich an. In Kombination mit einer sicheren Steuer‐ und Diagnoseeinheit ist das SMM für den Einsatz in allen Applikationen mit sicherheitskritischen Lastmessungen, insbesondere in der Theater‐ und Bühnentechnik geeignet. Es erfüllt die Sicherheitsanforderungen an technische Systeme der Sicherheitskategorie 3 (SIL3) gemäß DIN EN 61508/62061 sowie des Performance‐Levels e der Kategorie 3 gemäß DIN EN ISO 13849‐1.
