The new insertion thermometer MKTS-EL with hand lance (optional up to 2m lance length) is designed for mobile temperature measurements. As lance thermometer it is particularly suitable for mobile use for the review of temperature conditions in road rehabilitation in asphalt construction, as well as for the prevention of spontaneous combustion of compost, hay and straw stacks in agriculture. The insertion temperature sensor is available with Pt100 3-wire or thermocouple type K, optionally with display.

The new insertion thermometer MKTS-EL is suitable for mobile temperature measurement in many applications, in particular for early fire detection for outdoor storage and container storage, as well as in agriculture to prevent spontaneous combustion of stacks or in biogas plants and dumps for use as stack thermometer or compost thermometer.

With a measuring range of up to +400 °C, the use as an asphalt thermometer with hand lance for asphalt construction in road rehabilitation is also provided.
