What will change for you?

■ From 1 September 2025, orders can only be accepted by email.

■ In the period two weeks before and after 1 September 2025, processing times may be delayed due to the changeover. We therefore recommend placing urgent orders early.

■ Orders that have already been confirmed and current framework agreements that were concluded before 1 September 2025 will be recreated in the new system. We will inform you of the corresponding new order and framework numbers in good time.
